Hi, I’m Ilona Berkoben, and I am a medical doctor turned holistic doctor and health coach with over 20+ years of combined experience. I help women take charge of their health by integrating a holistic lifestyle. I am a certified through Holistic MBA and Mastery (Masterful Transformational Coach) I also hold doctoral degrees in medicine and dermatology from the University of Belgrade School of Medicine in Serbia.
I’ve been in your shoes. Actually, I was probably not much different than you. Even as a practicing medical doctor with multiple degrees from several universities, I was clueless on how to nourish my body.
For many years, I held round-trip ticket on the diet madness train. When life became hectic and stressful, I ate my emotions. To lose weight, I yo-yo dieted. I never gave much thought to how the nutritional deprivation was affecting my body.
Though I was exhausted, depleted, depressed and inflamed, I never connected the dots to realize that my body was sending me SOS signals.
Yet, life has a funny way of throwing you curve balls. As I reached menopausal age, my life came to an abrupt stop. I started gaining weight that I couldn’t shake regardless of what I tried. Not to mention my hormones raged, war broke out within my digestive system, my confidence dwindled and my happiness suffered. I became so depressed that I started to drown in self-pity.
Little did I know – the universe was giving me a wake-up call and pointing me towards my greater purpose in life.
Realizing I wasn’t getting any younger, I knew it was time to make a big change. I had put my health on the back-burner for too long and my poor choices were catching up to me.

Will I feel deprived or hungry on this program?
As long as you’re following the provided meal plan and drinking enough water, you shouldn’t feel hungry or deprived. You’ll get access to breakfast, lunch, dinner, drink and snack recipes, so you always have options.
In addition, the provided recipes are balanced meals, meaning they contain veggies, lean meats and healthy fats. This combination of food groups ensures your body is getting the adequate amount of nutrition.
Often, dehydration is mistaken for hunger. In this program, you’ll learn how much water you should be drinking daily to keep your body properly hydrated.
Will I experience any unpleasant side effects?
