How the coaching process works:
Ours is a simple, client-oriented process. We will start with a Wellness Assessment, to find out the areas where you need help. Together we will create your Wellness Vision, set goals and develop strategies and supporting actions for success. You will start with simple, sustainable changes. Action steps depend on the area you need to change.

We will create 3-month, monthly and weekly goals and follow up accordingly. Our coaching session will begin with celebrating your wins, always focusing on positives, to bring more of those into your life. It is scientifically proven that positive emotions will “light up” the brain, improving outcomes of changes in behavior. I put strong emphasis on self-acceptance and self-efficacy. You have all the strength needed for change and I will help you to find it.

One–on–One Coaching: A Three-Month Coaching Program
Together we will work on your Well-Being Assessment and create your wellness vision. We will then create smarter, focused goals and I will guide you throughout the process. I will help you to become your best self. The entire coaching process is three months. We will start with weekly meetings/phone call in the first month and bi-weekly in the second and third months.
You can also become a “VIP Client” and gain one full year access to my emails, educational articles and one follow-up call per month. That will help you to stay on track after you have finished your program. Coaching can be via: one–on-one meeting, Skype or on the phone.
You can also purchase one hour of coaching session, which is a very short version of what I offer. It will give you some ideas. It won’t be so in depth and transformational, but a sample of what we can craft for your life.
Group Coaching: A Four-Month Coaching Program
A 4-week program for a small group of participating clients. It starts with a Well-Being Assessment, creating your wellness vision and working together to set goals and using tools for achieving them. It is fun, interactive with a positive group spirit.
It is well known that companies that invest in their employee’s well being save a lot of money. Investing into a reasonable wellness program will save money on the long term in form of less sick days, less injuries and lower health care costs. Happy employees are more creative with greater productivity.
This is a well-designed wellness program that is interactive, engaging and fun. It gives employees a sense of belonging, and creates a better relationship with their management team.
Lunch n’ Learns covering different topics in a series of 4-6, about 45 minutes each. Your series may be tailored to include healthy habits, healthy eating, the importance of exercise in disease prevention, stress relief, and more.
Half-Day and Full-Day Seminars covering most of the topics in one day.
